Refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy for clothes and no return eligible for products falls in accessories. You have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, do not cut or remove tag from product and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order when you received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sale Items are not returnable either clothes or accessories other than defective or damaged item received.

Return is applicable from Customer Account Page after login or contact as at contact@kikatra.com . If you have defective, damaged product issue then raise a return after login into your account and also shared us your orderId by contacting us from Contact-Us Page.

Exchange is currently not applicable for our business until item is damaged or defective.

Return Points

1. After raising return request by link or after login into account. 

2. Return will be accepted only when product sent by us to customer match with return product send by customer. Return is applicable on some products sold by kikatra.com.
If your return is accepted, we will raise a pickup to our delivery partner.

Our delivery partner will pick-up the return package in 2-4 business days from the date the request was placed. if delivery pick-up option is not applicable for some locations then you can we’ll send your package to address provided by us mentioned at bottom.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note : If return request not raised within 5 days after receiving the package then no refund will be accepted.

Note : After accepting return by kiaktra.com then money will be refunded in same account from where order placed within 2-5 Days after raising a return and also depends on your bank. No Cash will be given. For COD return orders after validating product without any damaged , defective or not same product then we will contact you to send money to you account or UPI number without giving any Cash. Also for COD order return after confirming from our delivery partner then we will start the return.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, this can be decided by our company at any time.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Exchange is currently not application until product is defective or damaged and also not after 5 days of return policy. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, then we will send exchange item if available in warehouse. Exchange request only be accepted by contacting us at kikatra.com.

European Union 14 day cooling off period (Not Applicable)
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
